Wait, where? When?!
The HospitalDesign360 conference will be held Aug. 15-17, 2018, at the Kansas City Convention Center, 301 West 13th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64105.
Can I get CE for this?
Check with your state on how many hours you can get for hospital design education. The 2018 HospitalDesign360 program has been submitted, but not yet approved for a maximum of 21 hours of credit.
Who’s who up in here?
Well, speakers are the smartest people, exhibitors are the most helpful people (but smart too!), and HospitalDesign360 staff are the nice people (but also pretty helpful!). But I guess you’re asking about attendees, right? The colors on your badge tell fellow attendees how far along in the process is:
Blue: Less than 1 year from breaking ground
Orange: 1-2 years from breaking ground
Green: 3-5 years from breaking ground
Do I get proceedings?
Totally! A HospitalDesign360 proceedings book is included with your paid registration.
How’s this one-on-one consultation work?
The HospitalDesign360 conference faculty will help you make smart decisions for your unique project. Discuss your project with an architect or architectural engineer who specializes in hospital design. Each attending practice will receive a 1:1, 30-minute consultation with one of our award-winning architects or architectural engineers – a $250 value*, included with your three-day registration.
Gather financial advice from a CPA whose business is dedicated to the veterinary profession – a bargain at $50 and available only to our conference registrants.
The consultation schedule fills quickly, so register early! Want to get to know the faculty before making your choice? Click here to read their biographies.

Who do I talk to about my special needs?
Please indicate any special needs on your registration form. Fetch management will contact you for additional information and make every effort to meet your needs.
What should I wear?
A hard hat and steel-toed boots. Just kidding. That’s for the work site once you get started. When you visit Kansas City, expect mostly sunny skies, up to 86% relative humidity, and warm temperatures. Room temperatures inside the Convention Center may be cool, so consider dressing in layers.
Wait, I’ve got another question! Who’s gonna anwswer THAT?!
