Surviving the Bermuda Triangle of Practice Leadership
This program is designed to identify key relationships in the practice that leaders must foster and develop for long-term success. All professional relationships must have a strong foundation in order to be successful. We will review the fundamental building blocks necessary to maintain successful relationships and will introduce a discussion planner tool for participants to use in their practice to develop trust and apply effective communication.
Through interactive group activities participants will then take these fundamental building blocks and apply them to the three critical relationships (Owner, Team Member, and Client), which, if not managed properly, can create a Bermuda Triangle in practice. In the process of examining each of these relationships we will identify nuances specific to each and how participants might tailor discussions based on our understanding of the needs of each group.
